Clonoe O’Rahilly’s GFC notes

Events and notices from Clonoe O’Rahilly’s GFC.

Last Sunday in Edendork, the seniors took to the field in the replay of the quarter final of the senior championship. After an hour of hard tough uncompromising football, the teams could not be separated, and so we went into twenty minutes of extra time.  The Rahillys started the extra time period fast and built up a two point lead, Carrickmore reduced it to one, but two late scores put the Rahillys up by three and we were to hold onto this lead until the end. This was a fantastic performance by all involved and the Rahillys can look forward to a semi final with our local neighbours Derrylaughen.

The reserves play this Sunday in Killeeshil at 12.30pm against Dromore all support would be greatly appreciated.

Last week’s lotto numbers were 4, 7, 12, & 23. There were no jackpot winners, three matched three numbers; Kieran O’Neill, Carol Devlin and Crea Hughes. Next’s week jackpot is £1,325.
