A shoe-repair shop in the centre of Coalisland has become the latest business unit to go up for sale in the town.
Everything Else, which also offers leather repair and key-cutting services, has been placed on the property market at a guide price of £85,000.
The sale includes the ground-floor retail unit, measuring about 39m sq, an 11.5m sq downstairs storage area and a one-bedroom flat on the first floor.

Estate agent Maneely said the property was a “superb investment opportunity” at a competitive price point.

A Maneely spokeswoman said that the sale of the property did not mean the business itself would be closing down.
