Man arrested in Coalisland charged after bomb find

A man arrested in Coalisland has been charged with possession of explosives with intent to endanger life or cause serious damage to property.

It follows the recovery of a bomb during a series of searches which were conducted in south Armagh and east Tyrone over the Easter weekend last year.

The 32-year-old was arrested in Coalisland on Saturday.

He is set to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
