Plans for a family home in Newtownkelly to be converted into three new retail units have been recommended for council approval.
Applicants Kevin and Carol Devlin have already begun work converting their Loughview Road home into three new shop units.
Planners have recommended that the proposals are approved ahead of Dungannon councillors’ final decision at a meeting on Monday, November 14.
The 0.12-hectare site also includes plans to create a first-floor flat at the property.
